Word to Markdown, without a server

Markdown is what notes apps, wikis, static sites and code repositories want, and Word is what most drafts arrive in. Locavert reads the .docx on your device and writes Markdown with headings, paragraphs, bulleted and numbered lists, bold, italic and links preserved. Tables are flattened and images are left out.

The document is opened in your browser and never uploaded, which matters when the draft is a contract or something not yet published. Plain text output is one click away on the same row.
